At RideNoww, we are committed to providing an uninterrupted and smooth experience in service. However, sometimes plans change, and this Refund and Cancellation Policy will provide clarity in regard to cancellation and refund thereof.

1. Cancellation and Refund Policy

A. Cancellations Made 12 Hours or More Before the Scheduled Booking Time

Cancellations made 12 hours or more before the scheduled booking time will qualify for a full refund of the booking amount.

B. Cancellations Made Between 6 to 12 Hours Before the Scheduled Booking Time

Cancellations made between 6 and 12 hours before the scheduled booking time will qualify for a 50% refund of the booking amount.

C. Cancellations Made Less Than 6 Hours Before the Scheduled Booking Time

Cancellations made less than 6 hours before the scheduled booking time will not be eligible for a refund.

2. How to Cancel a Booking
